Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions of my 'Refer a Friend' offer:

1. Eligibility: In order to be able to share a discount code with a friend, the user must be a registered user of www.elliottpackham.com 

2. Referral Link: Users can access their referral link via www.elliottpackham.com in the 'Refer a Friend' page. 

3. Discount Details: The referred friend will receive a 10% discount, and if the friend makes a purchase using the customer's discount code, the original customer will receive a 20% discount code. All discount codes can only be used one. 

4. Redemption Process: Discount codes must be applied at the checkout of www.elliotpackham.com at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively. 

5. Limitations: Refer a Friend discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or used on other websites other than www.elliottpackham.com. Only one refer a friend discount code can be used per order.  

6. Validity Period: I reserve the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time.

7. Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent or dishonest behaviour, such as creating fake accounts or engaging in spamming, will result in the immediate termination of the referral benefits and potential account suspension.

8. Modifications: I reserve the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend program at my discretion. 

9. Legal Disclaimers: Include disclaimers to protect your company from liability. For example, state that you are not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed referrals, or any damages resulting from participation in the program.

10. Privacy and Data Usage: Customer data collected through the Refer a Friend program will be processed as per my Privacy Policy.
